- Subj: More Jobs (not Steve) at Apple
-
- Some of you will remember submitting input for support strategies over this
- BBS. Your efforts in doing so were sincerely appreciated. Some also answered
- my pleas for help filling empty positions here at Apple and submitting bug
- fix/enhancement requests for the next revs of System Software for the Mac.
- Again, all sincerely appreciated. May I impose upon you once again? Apple is
- seeking technically oriented people to help provide technical support over the
- telephone. The candidates that are most ideally suited for these positions
- will have a strong knowledge of Macintosh applications, connectivity,
- operating system, AppleTalk, Ethernet, general hardware or general software.
- Also needed are people strong in UNIX, possibly including kernal internals,
- shell scripts, C compilers, and other UNIX tools.
-
- The candidates should also have polished telephone communications skills and
- good writing skills. The jobs will be located in Cupertino, California, at
- Apple's main corporate campus. The positions that are available (there are
- more than a few, I might add) will provide the accepted candidates with
- tremendous growth and opportunity potential.
-
- Please help by applying if you feel you meet these needs and/or by passing
- this notice on to other BBS's. Those interested should send their resumes and
- a letter of introduction to the address and person below:
- Apple Computer, Inc.
- Attn: Delila Shaler, M/S 9-C
- 20525 Mariani Avenue
- Cupertino, CA 95014
-
- Please reference the BBS from which you read this plea for help.
-
- Thanks, again!
